1/2 goat's heart
3 slices wholemeal bread
1 CS honey
3 fresh figs
Thyme
Salad
walnuts
Cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper
Dressing :
1 shallot, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil,
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon honey
1. Wash and cut figs.
2. Place a little honey, the cut figs, a slice of goat's heart cheese, walnuts, a touch of honey, salt, pepper and thyme on toast.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for a dozen minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the salad by cutting the cherry tomatoes in half and making the vinaigrette with the ingredients.
5. Place the toast on the plate, pour over the vinaigrette and serve immediately!
