Ingredients

140g chickpeas
1 cucumber
250g cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
125g black olives
1 Chèvre XV du pic cendré

 

Vinaigrette :
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons red spirit vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
2 cloves garlic

1. Drain chickpeas.

2. Cut cucumber into slices, then into 4.

3. Halve cherry tomatoes.

4. Mince red onion.

5. Cut the XV of the woodpecker into pieces.

6. Mince garlic cloves. Add salt, pepper, mustard, red spirit vinegar, olive oil and garlic and mix.

7. Add the ingredients to a salad bowl, then pour in the vinaigrette. Mix and chill.
