4 loaves of bread
150 ml of heavy and light cream
3 goat cheese crottins
Herbs of Provence
1. Heat the oven to 180°C
2. Cut each goat cheese into 3 slices.
3. Spread fresh cream on 2 slices of bread. Place the slices of goat cheese on top. Add the honey.
4. Cover with sandwich bread, add the fresh cream and the slices of crottins
5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a 180°C oven.
6. Serve with a salad.
