1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. On the first puff pastry, spread 3 tablespoons of fresh cream
3. Add grated Comté cheese and the 3 slices of ham to cover the whole pastry and then grated Comté cheese again
4. Spread 1 tablespoon of fresh cream on the second pastry then cover the preparation
5. Cut into the shape of a Christmas tree
6. Twist the "branches" together
7. With a brush, spread the egg yolk and milk mixture
8. Bake for 25 minutes
