420g whole chestnuts
100g of chorizo
A quarter of an onion
50g of abundance
Parsley
1. Cut chorizo into rings and onion into thin strips.
2. Fry the chestnuts in a pan with butter.
3. Add the onion. Once the strips are golden, add and heat the chorizo before serving in a dish.
4. Pour in a plate and add the abundance cut in pieces.
5. Add parsley.
