Ingredients

1 kg mussels
2 Rocamadour
4 tbsp sour cream
1 onion
1 garlic clove
10 cl white wine
20 g butter
Parsley
Black pepper

1. Clean the mussels.

2. Mince the onion and grate the garlic.

3. Melt the butter in a pot. Add the garlic and onion, fry for 5 minutes. 

4. Add the mussels and white wine, cover with a lid. Let it cook for 5 minutes shaking the pot occasionally.

5. In a sauce pan, crumble the rocamadour and add the sour cream. Season with black pepper. Heat on low until melted.

6. Pour the cheese sauce into the mussel pot, mix well.

7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
