1 kg potatoes
200 g smoked bacon bits
400 g cantal
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. In a pan, add the bacon bits and fry for 3 minutes. Season with pepper.
4. Add garlic and potatoes to the pan, mix well and cook for 15 minutes with a lid.
5. Slice the cantal in thin slices.
6. Put the slices of cantal on the cooked potatoes and let it melt covered for 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
