For 6 bites:
1. Heat the frying oil to 180°C/350°F.
2. Cut the cheese in 6 thicks triangles.
3. In 3 separate bowls, add flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
4. Bread each triangle by dipping it in flour, egg then breadcrumbs.
5. Repeat twice for each bite.
6. Fry in hot frying oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Put it on paper towel to absorb some of the oil.
Serve warm so it stays gooey inside.
