A selection of ham, salami, coppa, etc...
Raclette 100g or 150g per guest
1. Steam the potatoes.
2. Cut the Raclette into thin slices and arrange on a plate.
3. Arrange the cold cuts on another dish. Include pickles and small onions in vinegar.
4. Heat up the raclette machine and pass to the table.
You can also use other cheeses: Morbier, Abondance, St Nectaire etc...
