2 large slices of country bread
Clove of garlic
Olive oil obtained by the means of cold pressing
Red pepper on powder
Toast the bread in a toaster. Cut the tomatoes in two and peel the garlic. Once the bread has been nicely toasted, splatter a teaspoon of olive oil on each slice. Then grate the garlic on the bread. Once this is finished delicately spread the cheese over the bread.
Pour a little olive oil over the cheese and sprinkle with the powdered red pepper according to one’s taste and the effect one desires.
Place the tomatoes on the top….voilà ! an intimate little dish for loving souls.
