Ingredients

  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 ground beef
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 red onion
  • 50g of Grey Tomme of goat
  • 5cl raspberry vinegar
  • Arugula salad

    • Slice thinly the red onion, fry it then deglaze with raspberry vinegar
    • Toast the bun
    • Cut fine slices of grey tomme of goat
    • Cook burger 2 minutes turning once, remove from heat
    • Assemble the burger: put half of the red onion on the bun, Grey Tomme of Goat, the burger, goat cheese again, tomato, the rest of glazed onions, a few arugula leaves and finally the bun’s hat
