Green salad
A selection  of ham, salami, coppa, etc...
Raclette 100g or 150g per guest

  • Cook the potatoes
  • Display ham and sausages on a serving plate, cut Raclette cheese in thin slices.
  • Prepare a selection of pickles.
  • Display the Raclette device on your table, the party can start!
  • You can also serve different cheeses such as Abondance; Morbier; St Nectaire
