Papillotes de Selles sur Cher

Cut out four aluminium squares 10x10cm. Place on your kitchen work table and then put a Selles sur Cher in the center of each
In a bowl, mix the fresh cream with the vinegar and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then cover the cheeses with the mixture.
Wash and chop up the tarragon, the parsley, coriander and dill. Mix and then cover the Selles sur Cher
Close up the aluminium squares and place in a warm oven for about 10min. Make sure the aluminium covers are well bloated
Serve hot with the bread, also great with a salad

Not difficult, the melange of herbs with the cheese needs tasting to believe the sheer gourmandise of this dish, words would not do it justice. Add to the pleasure with wine from the Loire Valley

4 branches of fresh tarragon
4 sprigs of parsley
4 teaspoons of vinegar
4 slices of wheat bread
4 spoons of thick cream
salt and pepper
