Organic goat cheese

This organic goat cheese is produced in Anjou, in the center of France.

The taste is refined and the Roume melts in the mouth.

The rind is a natural mould on charcoal and salt powder, the pate is soft, uncooked and unpressed.

The cheese is made with highly concentrated milk, which gives the pate a dense pure white smooth texture.

A dry white wine, organic too, will perfectly pair this cheese.
