Tommette d'Espelette half

This Tommette, a small Tomme is produced with goat milk  from Manech goats.

Made near Espelette village, a Basque village famous for its chili.

So it was very natural for the producer to add chili,  as well as red pepper to this cheese to intensify
the taste of this Tommette.

Its aromas are at the same time subtle and powerful.

The marriage of milk and spices and will surprise you.

You can also cut it in small cubes and add them in a tomato salad, it will bring a special spicy touch to your salad.
