Le Mellois

This small farmer cheese is produced in the center of France, more exactly in the area of Poitou-Charentes.

You can enjoy this cheese at the 3 stages of maturation : Fresh, half dry and dry.

But whatever the stage of maturation, you will find some slightly acid notes that will improve with the degree of maturation.
