This artisanal cheese is a recent creation. Produced in the Midi-Pyrénées region from raw goat milk, it will seduce the amateurs with its nutty taste and smooth milk smell. It is a small disk with a central hole. The maturing process lasts 2 weeks. The pâte is white, soft and fine. The taste is a perfect balance between acidity and salinity
