Le Galet de Thomas

The Mas de Thomas and the Lafon family, here is a history that began now many generations ago. A constant preoccupation of quality and an authenticity enables them to be recognized by their pars and the consumers. Their exploitation is made of 300 goats of Alpine race. The Galet is a round cheese of a weight of 160g approx, covered with a natural vegetable powder that gives a velvety gray aspect.
