Fromages.com is always looking to find new and interesting cheeses. We believe the pave blesois, elegant little cheese, will prove a great success. The cheese has a bluish rind. An excellent country cheese, delicate to the palate with a smooth and slightly piquant taste. The rind of the pave blesois is dry and covered with silvery blue mould. The pate’s texture is fine, dense with a well balanced aroma of goat’s milk, typical of the cheeses of the Loire Valley.
