This cheese is made only in the Doubs region of France. It can only be eaten in the autumn as the milk comes from summer grazing. Extremely hard to find this cheese, if one day you find some, then you should not missed it under any circumstances. this cheese has a delicate taste of infinite softness. Its pate is soft and supple, its rind is washed regularly with "petit lait"
