With this Christmas cheeseboard, I wanted to share with you my passion for some cheeses.
I carefully selected 5 cheeses. First one is Pavé de Betz a soft goat cheese made with raw milk. Then we’ve got Langres a cow cheese brushed with Marc de Bourgogne.
Now let’s taste the Fourme de Montbrison appreciated by connoisseurs who love rustic taste.
Then let’s go to Swiss and enjoy the mythic Swiss Gruyère tasty and fruity cheese. Finish this tasting with the wonderful Brie de Melun!
And finally a Fig & Mint jam to pair with these cheeses.
