All you need to make the perfect Swiss Fondue:

 

500g Vacherin Fribourgeois

500g Swiss Gruyère

 

It's Easy & Simple

 

Swiss Fondue recipe:

 

500 g of Swiss Gruyère cut in small pieces

500 g of Vacherin Fribourgeois cut in small pieces

1 garlic clove

4 tsp of cornstarch

35 cl of white wine

1 tsp of lemon juice

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

 

1. Rub the garlic clove in the dish

2. Mix the Swiss Gruyère and the cornstarch in the dish, add the white wine and lemon juice and bring to boil and stirring constantly

3. Reduce th heat, add the Vacherin Fribourgeois and stir strongly until all cheese are melted

4. Reduce the heat. The fondue shouldn't boil

5. Add the Cayenne pepper
