With this Christmas cheeseboard, I wanted to share with you my passion for some cheeses.
I carefully selected 5 cheeses. First one is Lavort a ewe cheese matured in a humid cellars of an old water tower. Then we’ve got Soumaintrain a cow cheese brushed with Marc de Bourgogne.
Now let’s taste the Fourme d'Ambert one of France's oldest blue cheese.
Then let’s go to Franche-Comte enjoy the mythic Comté 24 months tasty and fruity cheese. Finish this tasting with the wonderful Triple cream Truffles cheese !
