The advantages of being a registered customer? A customer can review their orders, and all their personal information, address, e-mail, telephone number is stored for future reference so that all your future ordering is simplified and easy. Note credit card information is not stored in your customers account.
The explications below will help you in registering as a customer.
The act of registering :
Once you have indicated the country of delivery and your cheese selection ( either by fast order form or by scrolling the site) click on check out. Here you will see spaces for registered customers and a space for “This your first order :”. Click on “Create your private Fromages.com account, click here !” as directed and you will be faced with a questionnaire on a secured site. Once completed you will receive an e-mail from us registering you as a customer. Your “customer identification” will be your e-mail address and we will send you a password. You can change this password arbitrary given to you by changing it in your customers account. There is a box saying “Forgotten Password” that allows you to resend your password to the e-mail address you registered. This space is found underneath the page when you wish to enter your account or to complete your order under the title already registered. Click through and we will send you by e-mail your password related to your e-mail address. You can also return to the page that asks you to register and order as a first time customer, or enter your password and register : you will not lose your order ! Click on the space return. Then complete your identification with a new e-mail address and your password. If you have forgotten your password or the password is invalid then proceed as indicated under 2 above. Sorry for the inconvenience, but to simplify our relationship and to make sure everything is in order we ask you to register as a first time customer as indicted under 1 above. Please connect through your old e-mail address and then in your customer's account update with the new e-mail address. If you cannot remember your previous e-mail address then register as a new customer as described in 1 above. Naturally we accept customers that do not wish to register, but we hope you become a regular customer and make ordering easy. Customers not wishing to register click on the space “Proceed your order without registration”, by doing this you do not make yourself available of a customer's account. Please note that the availability to register is always present each time you order. Make things easy for yourself in registering ! Easy, first select your cheeses and then proceed to check out. On the order form there is a space for your gift certificate code. |
