Small open pastry with Munster cheese
Prepare the pie pastry by mixing well all the ingredients. Roll up into a ball and allow half an hour for the pastry to collect its thoughts. Then spread out and roll into a thin texture for filling six small pastry moulds.
Don’t forget to butter the pastry moulds prior to placing in the pastry. After peeling the tomatoes, zucchini and aubergine cut into small circles.
Put this vegetable garnish on the pastries and place in an oven at 210 ºC for 10 minutes.
Once cooked, take out, salt and pepper; then add the munster which has been previously cut into small pieces; (by storing the munster in a cold place it will be easier to cut into small pieces) add the olives and replace in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Voila! A gourmet’s tasty delight, easy to do, and has the added advantage of being served either hot or cold.
