Savory custard tarte with St Nectaire and tomatoes
Cook the pie pastry
Cut the cheese into thin slices and place on the pastry
Slice the tomatoes into rings and cover the cheese
Pour on some olive oil, salt and pepper, add basil
Cook in the oven at a temperature of 200°C for 30 minutes
Voilà ! Easy, tasty, different…Ideal for a first course. If you want to make it a little more filling add three eggs and some more fresh cream
