First slice up the bacon and onions and then fry in a panWhile the above is cooking cut up the potatoes into several roundsTake an earthenware pot and place a mixture of bacon and onions, then place on top some sliced potatoes. Repeat the process. Salt and pepper to taste, add the nutmeg. Slice up the Munster and place on top of the dishAdd fresh cream and wine. Place in the oven and wait ( if you can) until the cheese is well melted.

6 cooked baked potatoes
250gr of smoked bacon
1 large onion
1 Munster of 500gr
Salt & pepper
1 bottle of Gewurztraminer (or Alsatian wine)
