Pave d'Aremberg
This is a cheese that has been recently discovered by our cheese master. It is produced by a farmer in the North of France, Aremberg, a region known for it paved streets. The taste is strong, at the same time extremely agreeable to the palate. The ideal combination to fully enjoy this cheese is to eat it with a bread baked "a l’ancienne" (a tightly packed dough in the interior of the bread) and a dark beer. Orange and sticky rind.
