Pisé du Lot
This cheese from the Lot region makes the delight of all experts and unconditional of goat's milk cheeses. Round, 8cm diameter, it weighs approx. 160g. The maturation requires at minimum 2 weeks. It is a soft pâte whose consistency must remain very supple. It has a good goat's milk smell and a soft and velvety savour.
